Everywhere you’ll want to eat, drink, and shop at the new PDX
June 26, 2024

Now that the new PDX is open, you’ll have to get to the airport early—just to do a little shopping. We’re bringing back 9 of your favorite stores and restaurants and adding 15 new ones. Every one is a local brand. More than half include women or BIPOC ownership.

Once you’ve dropped your luggage off at the check-in area, for instance, you can head up to the Loyal Legion beer hall on the mezzanine to order a flight of Oregon IPAs. Down on the ground floor, relax over a bowl of pasta at Grassa or browse the stores for Pendleton jackets and local gifts.

Accompanying travelers to the airport or waiting for family members flying into PDX? No need for a plane ticket to grab a bite. Seven of the shops and restaurants are located pre-security.

Some concessions open in 2024, others next winter

Because we’re rolling out the new PDX in two phases, 14 of the shops and restaurants are opening through fall 2024. Several more will operate kiosks selling a smaller range of their goods until the PDX expansion is complete. By early 2026, you’ll find all 24 retail stores, restaurants, bars, and cafes.

Here’s what’s open now, and what’s still to come:
